She Finally Made It!

Makenna was due to arrive on June 30, 2010.  Well that day came and went with no signs of baby girl.  My doctor was talking induction, but I was not ready for that.  I figured she would come soon when she was good and ready.  I finally decided to go in on July 8th to be induced.  I was afraid that I was growing a monster baby by that point.  My labor began at 9:00 am that morning, and by 2:14 pm, she was here!  Makenna Rae - 7 lbs. 11 oz. 21 in.

Becky from Stepping Stones Photography did a great job with my maternity pictures.  Justin was a trooper and braved weeds, bugs, and poison ivy for this shoot to make his pregnant wife happy!

My First Post

I decided to give this blogging thing a try. I am going to use this as a place to document our life as a family of three and also as a place to show off the pictures I take. I hope you enjoy, and to start off I am going to back a little way to include some very important events and photos.
